OP Now Schedule Correction Guidelines
If you notice a timing difference or directory error at a clinic, you can report OP Now schedule corrections. Please include:
- HOSPITAL NAME: (e.g. General Hospital Alappuzha)
- DEPARTMENT NAME: (e.g. Pediatric OP, Room 14)
- DATE & TIME OBSERVED: (when you noticed the timing change)
- WHAT WAS WRONG: (e.g. counter closed at 11:30 AM instead of 12:00 PM)
- SOURCE: (official circular reference or photo only if safe, public, and non-sensitive)
Technical Bug Reports
To report software bugs or crash issues, please include:
- PRODUCT NAME: (OP Now or KFirst)
- DEVICE MODEL: (e.g. Samsung S23, Redmi Note 12)
- ANDROID VERSION: (e.g. Android 13)
