1. Community Submission Protocol

OP Now relies on crowdsourced reporting to coordinate outpatient visit paths. By participating, you agree to:

• Submit honest and accurate wait-time estimates based on actual hospital OP/crowd conditions.
• Refrain from spamming or falsifying reports to artificially manipulate wait metrics.
• Avoid utilizing automated bots or scripts to query or simulate updates.

2. Absolute Liability Limitations

Under no circumstances shall FirstBridge Studios, its developers, or its civic contributors be held liable for any decisions made based on wait times or navigation guides displayed inside this application.

Outpatient waiting queues are dynamic and subject to immediate administrative changes, emergencies, and triage variations. Always follow the explicit, in-person instructions and directives of official medical personnel on site.

3. Open Source & License Sovereignty

OP Now is a FirstBridge Studios public utility project released as an open-source tool. The source code may be audited, run, studied, or built upon according to the license published with the project repository.

Open-source availability applies to the software code only. The names “OP Now” and “FirstBridge Studios”, along with related logos, visual identity, product names, and brand assets, remain proprietary marks of FirstBridge Studios.

Modified versions, forks, or derivative deployments must not use the OP Now or FirstBridge Studios names, marks, or visual identity in a way that suggests official endorsement, partnership, approval, or continuity with the original public utility project unless FirstBridge Studios gives express written permission.

4. Amendment of Protocols

FirstBridge Studios reserves the right to modify these operational guidelines at any time to preserve database integrity or respond to security threats. Continuing to access the application after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
