PowerNow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with the Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL), the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC), or any department of the Government of Kerala.
2. "Estimates Only" Disclaimer (CPA 2019 Compliance)
All calculations, bill projections, slab explanations, and surcharge figures generated on PowerNow are for educational and informational guidance only. Official electricity bills issued by KSEBL depend on exact meter reading timestamps, verified connected load records, fuel surcharge circular adjustments, and previous billing adjustments. PowerNow calculations do not constitute legal or contractual billing demands.
3. Electrical Safety & Zero-DIY Mandate
Nothing published on PowerNow constitutes instructions for physical electrical repairs, meter tampering, or hazardous electrical diagnostics. Consumers must never dismantle electrical meters, touch main service drop wires, or interfere with sealed cutout fuses. Always engage licensed wiremen or government-authorized electrical contractors for physical installation and testing.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, FirstBridge Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on the informational content or calculation models provided on this website.
